Workplace Wellbeing Summit

But we've recorded the whole day for you to watch back at your leisure!

World Wellbeing Week 2021

The virtual event covered:

A World Wellbeing Week event

Workplace wellbeing is so much more than lunchtime yoga and perks apps. So we brought together a diverse group of experts to share their thoughts, advice and insight on how you can make wellbeing inclusive and accessible in your company.

The speakers:

Inclusion

Did you know there are 6 different aspects of inclusion in the workplace? Cat Wildman and Leon Walker from The GEC will be hosting a session on how inclusion is linked with wellbeing at work, covering authenticity, feeling valued, social inclusion, camaraderie, recognition and reward. They will be sharing personal examples and asking for your experiences too.

Team building through singing

Something different from motivational vocal coach, Clinton Jordan. Clinton will be sharing how team building through singing can improve the morale of your company. Learn how to conquer anxiety through breathing and build the soundtrack to your life - This is not to be missed!

Burnout

Burnout has been a hot topic over the last year and Katie Phillips will be sharing how to spot the signs of burnout, how to avoid it and how to recover if it's already happened. Having supported leaders in international organisations - from Governments to StartUps over the last 16 years,  It’s safe to say she's seen and experienced the good, the bad and the ugly of mental wellbeing and work.

Personal Wellbeing

The traditional approach has been to leave personal wellbeing at the door when you enter the office, but FidlLeaf co-founder Sophie Coulthard will challenge the concept and argue that every company should be embracing personal growth and development, which in turn will result in better performance.

Financial Wellbeing

Everyone should be given the opportunity to take control of their financial wellbeing, but having worked in the financial services sector, Tara Gillespie realised how opaque a lot of the information is. She's on a mission to make it simple for companies and their employees by demystifying financial wellbeing.

Remote Working

There is a new normal, but how can companies navigate hybrid working in a way that's inclusive and sensitive to employees? With a wealth of experience in public and private sectors as a HR and diversity consultant, Dawn Morton-Young will be sharing best practice for the 'new normal work' structure.

Focus and Productivity

If there's one thing people have said they've struggled with over the last year - it's focus and productivity. Mark Channon, a brain performance and startup coach will be sharing his top strategies to overcome distractions, stop your mind wandering and make procrastination work for you! *This is one of our lunchtime sessions, aimed at all employees - so invite your team to this one!
